Leaven Recipe #2

The leaven after 24hrs, as you can see not really much change but hopefully some of the yeasts will of mulitplied.

Next step add the following ingredients in this order



50mls warm water



2 tsp rye flour



2 tsp white bread flour



Leaven242



Stir well til all the ingredients are combined, cover and leave at room temperature for another 24hrs
